Reflections and Reveries: Graduate and Undergraduate Composer’s Concert

Every quarter our composition students come together and showcase their latest works. This winter, we feature both our graduate and undergraduate composers in a combined concert performance. Please join us for an evening of compelling, thought-provoking, and vibrant music. Our composers include Austin Ali, Kenneth Glendon Brown, Robby Good, Sean Kawanami, Celina Kintscher, Qiren Lu, Pedro Osuna, Giovanni Piacentini, and Kian Ravaei.

This program is made possible by the Joyce S. and Robert U. Nelson Fund. Robert Uriel Nelson was a revered musicologist and music professor at UCLA, who, together with his wife, established a generous endowment for the university to make programs like this possible.

 

Like most of UCLA Herb Alpert School of Music’s programs, this event is FREE!  Early arrival is recommended. Seating is on a first-come, first-seated basis. No RSVP required.

PARKING

Self-service parking is available at UCLA’s Parking Structure #2 for events in Schoenberg Music Building and the Evelyn and Mo Ostin Music Center. Costs range from $1 for 20 minutes to $20 all day. Learn more about campus parking.
