Originally from South Korea and a resident of Canada, Luke Kim completed his Master of Music degree as a full scholarship student at UCLA and under the teachings of Professor Antonio Lysy. Luke appeared in various concert series and performed as a soloist with various orchestras, including the Seoul Symphony Orchestra and the Vancouver Symphony Orchestra. Today, Luke holds a cello position with the Vancouver Symphony Orchestra. He also started playing the viola da gamba.
