Violinist Ji Eun Hwang was born in South Korea and has performed in the United States, Canada, South Korea, France and Armenia. She began her musical studies at an early age and studied at the Korea National University of Art Preparatory School before earning a Bachelor’s of Music in violin performance at Seoul National University. Afterwards, she completed an Artist Diploma at the Jacobs School of Music of Indiana University with Professor Mark Kaplan and Ik-Hwan Bae, and Master of Music at The UCLA Herb Alpert School of Musicwith Professor Pogossian and Varty Manouelian on full scholarship. Since 2012, she has joined Sejong Soloists as a guest artist and she was a violinist of Seoul Virtuosi Chamber Orchestra. She is currently working as a violinist in Delirium Musicum in LA.
