Eshon serves as the associate director of stewardship at The UCLA Herb Alpert School of Music. She has enjoyed over 20 years as a non-profit professional, utilizing her skills in constituent service, office management, donor and board relations, event coordination, and graphic design. She began with the School of Music’s Office of Development in 2015 and in her current role, she oversees all donor relations and stewardship initiatives. Eshon also served as co-chair of the School of Music’s Anti-Racism and Anti-Discrimination (ARAD) Action Committee at its inception, to assist with school-wide efforts to address inequities and drive diversity initiatives.
She received her bachelor’s degree in English from UCLA, enjoyed an early career in retail management, and later got her start in fundraising development at American Friends of The Hebrew University where she thrived in several donor relations positions before joining the School of Music. Outside of her professional career, Eshon is also a trained vocalist who shares a lifelong passion for the jazz, musical theater and soul music genres, finds inspiration in travel and live performance experiences, and is an avid interior design/décor enthusiast.
