A concert featuring UCLA Global Jazz Studies vocalists and special guests.
Barbara Morrison taught at UCLA for twenty-six years and was the creator of the California Jazz and Blues Museum as well as the Barbara Morrison Performing Arts Center, a launching pad for new artists and singers. This concert features long-time Morrison collaborator Stu Elster on the piano, accompanying Barbara’s recent vocal students, and special guest and alumna, Gretchen Parlato.
