With over fourteen years in the Human Resources field, Ms. Robbins brings her expertise in diversity, organizational and professional development, as well as talent acquisition management to help The UCLA Herb Alpert School of Music continue to thrive and grow. Prior to working at UCLA, Erica was a human resources director at Fine Foods Solutions.
Erica graduated from the University of La Verne with a bachelor’s in business administration, and from Pennsylvania State University with a master’s in human resources and employment relations. Erica is currently finishing a doctorate in business psychology at The Chicago School.
