Nicky Berger

Nicky is the COO of Futures Music Group, an independent record label home to artists including Mt. Joy, Lykke Li, Phantogram, Cavetown, Barns Courtney, and others.
He began his career as an artist manager, where he discovered and managed the Grammy-nominated, five-times platinum band Grouplove. He later co-ran the music department at Bad Robot, founded by J.J. Abrams, overseeing music strategy across film, television, podcasts, and games. During his tenure, he also launched a label joint venture in partnership with Capitol Records and RCA Records.
