Aditi Sreenivas is a Music Industry and Political Science student at UCLA, aspiring lawyer, and vocalist. Since taking the stage at five years old, she has developed a deep interest in the intersection of music, law, and business, furthered through career experiences at the U.S. Copyright Office, Warner Music Group, Apple TV+, Apple Music, and student-run record label, Cherry Pop Records. Due to her passion for fostering diversity in the music industry, She plans to attend law school to pursue a career in talent representation and ultimately serve as legal counsel at a digital service provider. Aditi also enjoys coffee tasting, arranging vocal music, and walking her golden doodle.

Alexandra (Alex) Kiner is a UCLA Music Industry student and a singer songwriter who has been writing and releasing music since she was 14. Currently working on their debut EP, Alex has a strong interest in creative storytelling with a passion for music journalism. She has a love for psychedelic rock and aspires to pursue a career in music publishing and work in artist development.

Alexa Wright is a Music Industry major and Public Affairs minor focused on entertainment law and policy. Her academic and creative work explores how copyright, contracts, and digital platforms shape artists’ careers. Through her time as a social media director, she has gained hands-on experience with how algorithms and audience engagement influence music discovery and promotion. She plans to pursue a career in law to help build fairer and more transparent systems for creators.

Amelia Nelson is a Music Industry major and Ethnomusicology minor who plays the bass in her school's jazz and world music ensembles. She currently edits for UCLA's Musicology Magazine, serves as Events Manager for the Music Industry Student Alliance, and works at a restaurant in Santa Monica--just in case she gets bored! She is an intern at Hopeless Records Music Academy and hopes to continue making the music industry more equitable and accessible for all. During her time at UCLA, she has developed a passion for live event production and entertainment law.

Amelie McGrath is a 4th year Music Industry student. Amelie grew up with a deep love for singing and songwriting, but found a passion in music marketing during her time at UCLA. These past years, she has had the opportunity of interning at APG, Mom + Pop, and Multiverse Management all while building her own career as an artist. In her leisure, Amelie enjoys sketching, drinking coffee, and window shopping on Zillow.

Ariyanna Durrani is a UCLA Music Industry student passionate about the intersection of music, psychology, and culture. Her capstone project, Food for the Soul, explores how music influences emotional development in young students. With experience in live events and diversity initiatives, she aims to become an entertainment attorney advocating for artists and creative equity in the industry.

Bella Andrews grew up surrounded by lush natural beauty that inspired her to write music and search inward. Bella has now released seven singles independently and performs locally with her band. When she is not writing, recording, or promoting her own work, she works as a coordinator at Voracious Records, managing and promoting multiple artists, a role she began during her sophomore year at UCLA.

Bryce Fleming is a singer, songwriter, and creative artist whose work centers emotional depth, vulnerability, and intentional storytelling. A lifelong musician and performer, Bryce’s artistry at UCLA has been rooted in challenging her ear and creative vision while working alongside fellow musicians and and producers. She has blended introspective lyricism with rich live instrumentation, inviting listeners into an immersive and deeply felt experience. Outside of music, Bryce loves to spend her time outdoors. Since a young age, she enjoys scuba diving, snowboarding, off-roading, backpacking, sailing, and playing ice hockey on the UCLA Women's Ice Hockey team

Carolina Garavito is a really cool person who spends her days listening to music and waiting for delayed public transit. Interested in the development and integrity of copyright and intellectual property, she aspires to become an entertainment lawyer. As an amateur songwriter, her confessional writing is cathartic and manic. Her highlights consist of interning with companies such as SOTA DTLA and Sid the Cat, as well as being a Subway Surfers champion with a high score of 21,513,056.

Carter Coffee is almost certainly a singer, songwriter, producer and graphic designer hailing from Culver City. Research concludes that as a Music Industry student he focused on digital marketing and graphic design, landing him an internship with alternative rock label Hopeless Records. When not in class or working, scientists believe he can be found playing Dungeons and Dragons, going to metal shows or writing overly conceptual program bios.

Cassandra is a UCLA Music Industry student passionate about Entertainment Law, literary empowerment, and music. She interned at ATN Entertainment, coauthored sustainability studies for the German Federation Association for Sustainability, and conducted ethnomusicology research in Hustai National Park, Mongolia. Her capstone examines the U.S./China music industry. She plans to pursue law school or a career in New York.

Cocona Mori grew up self-organizing, writing, and starring in single-woman musicals in her living room throughout her childhood, before attending the Los Angeles County High School for the Arts, where she formally studied composition, jazz, performance, and production. Since then, she has won multiple awards for songs featured in films and has performed at large-scale festivals and concerts, while continuing to write, produce, and build a boundary-transcending artistic world of her own. She currently works as a TV Music Creative at Sony Pictures. As a Japanese American creative, Cocona hopes to serve as a bridge between the U.S. and Asian entertainment industries.

Drake Taylor is a Music Industry student, cultural addict, and musical designer. As an active artist, producer, and songwriter, he enjoys seeing life light up in people’s eyes through music. As a current A&R intern, and as a business professional, he has served on artist teams, done music advocacy work with congressional leaders, and helped develop independent artists into branded business entities.

Ellin Jung is a Music Industry student with a minor in Film & Television. With a background in voice and performance shaped at a young age through the K-pop trainee system in Korea, as well as formal arts education in Canada, she later developed an interest in the business side of music during her time at UCLA. Through her experience at Warner Music Korea ADA, she gained insight into the infrastructure of domestic music distribution and how music ultimately reaches the public. She is now passionate about growing her expertise in roles that support emerging artists and help them develop their voice and bring their creative work forward.

Emily Nguyen has been in Los Angeles for too long. Inspired by discussion, criticism, and theory, she refuses to stand for music as a singular component, for she seeks ways to embody everything the 21st century gave her– cinema, fine art, fashion, design, and literature. Being a museum of everything she loves, Nguyen will participate in anything on the basis of curiosity and beginner’s luck. She does it for no reason at all.

Emma Sieh is a pianist and aspiring music industry professional passionate about dad rock, Souplantation, and Spider-Man. At UCLA, she developed a love for music marketing through her experiences at Warner Music Group, Sony Music Entertainment, Universal Music Group, and the student-run label Cherry Pop Records. In her free time, Emma loves eating Hot Cheetos and watching The West Wing.

Ethan Kurtz is passionate about the intersection of music and the law. He has interned in music supervision and now works part-time as a law clerk. Ethan is currently developing a research paper on the legal landscape of AI in the music industry and plans to attend law school to pursue a career as an entertainment lawyer. In his free time, he’s probably talking about cars or working on his beloved Nissan 350Z.

Geonu Park is a multi-instrumentalist producer who loves creating/modifying sounds to make original compositions. As a producer, he loves dissecting how records were made, from the recording process to the tools used to make songs. He is currently focusing on software development to create new tools for the future generation of producers.

Grace Zeolla plans to enter the world of A&R post UCLA graduation. Grace is specifically interested in artist development and has gained experience through her internships at Red Light Management and Island Records. She is dedicated to building a career built upon the artist-first mentality, so that developing artists feel empowered to share their projects to the world.

Isabella has been passionate about working in music supervision since she was very young, and first got hands-on experience through the UCLA Music Industry Intensive in summer 2022. Some of her favorite soundtracks include Yellowjackets, The Virgin Suicides and Silver Linings Playbook. Post-graduation she plans on working in music supervision, selecting music for film and television and negotiating with rightsholders. Music is crucial, as it weaves the story together adding emotional depth.

Jad Maluf is a multi-instrumentalist originating from the underground Bay Area punk scene. His experience playing in and working with bands has informed his interest in studio work; his first studio-engineered record was released last summer. He is now focusing on turning mixing, the skill he has developed the longest, into a career.

Joshya Gupta is a fourth-year Music Industry major and Film minor at UCLA. Passionate about music in storytelling, she has interned in the sync space at Amazon MGM Studios & Prime Video, NBCUniversal, Warner Music Group, The Playtone Company, Artist Partner Group, and Venice Music. On campus, she founded the UCLA Women in Music chapter, served as Music Committee Director for the Business in Entertainment Association, and sings in the competitive a cappella group Resonance. She aims to build a career in music supervision and sync, bringing meaningful musical moments to media.

Jude Fucetola is a hard-working music marketer and entrepreneur with a passion for bringing artists and their work to new audiences around the globe. As a business-minded creative and founder of a UCLA-based, artist development and live entertainment organization, Jude is driven by the opportunities to work for a leading music company in marketing or management, as well as pursue entrepreneurial opportunities within the music industry.

Julia Fink is a fourth-year Music Industry major at UCLA. She grew up performing as a guitarist and vocalist, and she found an outlet in music journalism when the COVID-19 pandemic shut down the Los Angeles live music scene. In 2023, she launched her own globally focused publication, Enharmonic Magazine. Most recently, she was introduced to a career path in catalog and physical music distribution, which she has continued to pursue at Virgin Music Group. In her free time, you can find her playing with her dog, reading, or watching Formula 1 races with friends.

Kai Simonsen is a music producer, and content creator with his hands in a number of creative fields. With one previously released EP, Kai's tracks are used in over 50 videos, some reaching upwards of 400k-2.2mil views. Although majoring in Music Industry, Kai is very passionate about film, aiming to become a show-runner for animated television. It is inevitable that his experience as a music major will aid in creating score, soundtrack, and/or sound design for future projects.

Katie James, known professionally as KORA, is a Los Angeles-based EDM & Pop artist with over 10 million streams. KORA’s ethereal, anthemic releases on labels like NCS, Lowly, and CHOMPO have gained support from a number of editorial playlists and global DJs. She also creates as one half of STARCRXSSED, an EDM duo blending queer narratives and multicultural sounds.

Kaz Phoenix is a concept. Although his interests have shifted from physical to digital media over the years, his creative aptitude remains unchanged. He’s worked at companies such as 5B Artist Management, Hopeless Records, Universal Music Group, and Sony Music Entertainment, and focuses on cultivating projects for artists within alternative music, from Sleeping With Sleeping to Fall Out Boy. He can be found crowdsurfing or listening to Stomachaches by Frank Iero.

Liam Giuliana told his parents when he was 17 that they could “ship him off to LA with a backpack to figure it out” – something he luckily didn’t follow through on. Four years in UCLA’s Music Industry program later, he has worked at Live Nation, Hopeless Records, and Stiletto Entertainment, and is working towards a career helping artists connect with their audience and build sustainable careers through strategic marketing.

Lilianna Gracia’s life has always revolved around music. From dreaming of a future as a professional violinist to running 5SOS fan pages, she eventually realized she could build a career on the business side of the industry and has been working toward it ever since. Now working across Marketing and A&R, Lilianna has gained hands-on experience at Flighthouse Media, Hopeless Records, Primary Wave, Big Loud Rock, Arista Records, and more. Driven by a genuine desire to support artists, she plans to build a career centered on developing talent, shaping artist identities, and helping creatives reach the next level of their careers in any way she can.

Logan is an aspiring artist fueled by a rebellious spirit and a desire to give a voice to those who feel unheard through the vulnerability in her music. Coming out of high school, going to Michigan State and earning a spot on a division one sports team seemed to be her only idea of the highest success achievable. After one year in Michigan, feeling a lack of fulfillment, and sunshine, she worked to get her spot as a student in the music industry program at UCLA. Being told her whole life that music was not a career that she could succeed in, she is now determined to establish herself as a powerful vocalist and recording artist within the industry.

Makheer Singh is a Music Industry student at UCLA and a Temporary A&R Research Coordinator at Universal Music Publishing Group. As an artist and a future music executive in the making, he reimagines Indian classical music through the dilruba, while blending rich Indian classical sounds through contemporary sonic lenses. Makheer in the near future hopes to become an entertainment lawyer and launch his own label/publishing company focused on empowering punjabi and South Asian sounds/voices. Beyond music, Makheer enjoys exploring coffee shops, watching basketball, travelling, and dancing bhangra.

Mark Tu is a 22-year-old singer, songwriter, rapper, producer, and audio engineer based in Los Angeles, raised in Chicago, and born in Henan, China. He has released two projects: Overpass, his debut album, and NDAM, under the collective NDAM. He has also organized multiple large-scale events across campus as an Events Director for Forward and was involved in Beats Academy.

Growing up in the Haight-Ashbury, Martine felt drawn to the importance of counter-culture communities disappearing with gentrification in San Francisco. At UCLA, she founded “The Listening Dolls” recording musical moments at UCLA through a zine focusing on musicians and music history, serving as a memento alongside her concerts. What started as a passion project evolved into a dream, to open a venue in the Haight called “The Dollhouse”, reminiscent of the magic of SF.

Singer-songwriter Moriah Contreras blends gut-wrenching lyricism with a Hannah Montana–inspired dream of rock stardom in her debut EP “Extra Ordinary.” Her experience in Sync Licensing at APG, Events Coordinating at Cherry Pop Records, and sound engineering at The Cathedral Pomona, alongside music tech and business training, has shaped her into a versatile artist and entrepreneur passionate about enhancing live music experiences for fans, artists, and engineers alike.

Nash Myer is a UCLA Music Industry student and DJ/producer shaping LA’s underground with his genre-blending project Nash Rly. Drawing from Miami bass, UKG, and tech-house, he’s earned 500K+ streams and frequent bookings across LA. Nash aims to bridge global dance sounds with cutting-edge event experiences, while paying homage to dance music’s roots. Its all about building a culture of free expression and a safe space for all people to come together.

Natania Ortiz is an aspiring music industry professional with an interest in audio engineering, who is currently participating in the SoLa Live Accelerator program. Outside of this, she spends most of her free time rating cafes on Beli and cat-proofing her home from her destructive little creature, Mazzy. Throughout her time at UCLA, she has gained an affinity for mixing and hopes to gain more hands-on experience in live sound, production, and studio recording post-graduation.

Nicole McMillan is a lifelong musician and performer– former classical pianist and music educator with an avid dedication to the business. With work experience at Warner Bros. and most recently, Sony Music Publishing in Hollywood, Nicole finds her passion in the art, energy, and world around music. Her goal is to capture the essence and beauty of artistry through stylistic visuals. Outside of music, she loves life in the city and can often be found at car meets or fashion shows. If it’s pretty, she’s there.

Nicole Kyra Widjaja is a UCLA Music Industry student with a robust background in creative strategy, marketing, and talent relations. She has cultivated her expertise through roles at Paramount Global, Treefort Media, and Grand Performances Los Angeles, where she has contributed to a variety of high-profile creative projects. Nicole is particularly passionate about the nuances of artist branding and the power of digital storytelling to shape an artist’s image and cultural impact. Through her work, she is dedicated to producing polished, innovative projects that bridge music and entertainment, consistently aiming to elevate the stories and identities of the artists she works with.

nikhil kumra is an electronic pop & dance producer/songwriter. he blends jazz-based psychedelic sonics with hard-hitting, hypnotic drums & groovy bass lines. nikhil's always played music, starting at 3 learning classical violin for 15 years. he also played jazz drums for 13 years, sang in national choirs since elementary school, & taught himself piano, bass, and guitar. nikhil loves arsenal. his favorite player was alexis sanchez, who broke his heart very young.

Noah Gotlibowski is a Music Industry major who is passionate about blending sound and visuals. Currently producing an electronic EP, he draws on experience in songwriting, producing, and mixing. He integrates lighting and audio-reactive visuals learned through his technical work, aiming to create immersive performances and further his skills as a songwriter and producer.

Rebecca is an event producer and UCLA music industry student. She serves on the music committee for Coastalong, the campus bike powered festival, and loves anything tied to live shows & touring. She hopes to one day run a venue and bring big concerts to life.

Shay Lyric Park is a music entrepreneur with experience in A&R, artist development, and production, including roles within major label environments such as Universal Music Group and Warner Music Group. He is now transitioning his passion toward creative work through The Mutations, blending his industry background with a renewed emphasis on electronic music and artistic production.

Vedika Sinha is a Music Industry and Entrepreneurship Minor at UCLA. She has been a content creator and performing artist since her middle school days, and will continue to pursue both those passions post grad. Apart from content creation and performing, she loves the marketing side and is excited to step into the LA music industry!

Xiao Christina Lin is a UCLA Music Industry student with a minor in Entrepreneurship. She bridges artistic vision and business strategy through Fever Dream, an immersive Mandarin pop theatre company she founded in China. Drawing on her experience at Baker & McKenzie, Tencent Music, and Focustage, she is committed to empowering independent songwriters and reimagining contemporary storytelling at the intersection of music, theatre, and commerce.

Zach is a lifelong musician and Music Industry student at UCLA with a strong interest in the live music and touring sector. He has gained hands-on industry experience through internships at Red Light Management and Live Nation, where he developed an understanding of tour planning, artist management, and live event operations. Having grown up attending concerts and developing a deep appreciation for live performance, he hopes to build a career supporting artists on the road.

Zain Ahmed’s life plays in stereo: half artistic and half business. As a Music Industry student at UCLA, he studies how creativity meets execution - skills he applies as a Product Manager and A&R at BROKE Records. At the other end of the mix, Zain is a passionate alt-electronic musician, producer, DJ, and visual artist.
