Elissa Ayadi is a proudly BIPOC LGBTQ+ Femme, currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Fan Engagement and Digital Marketing at Warner Records. She first broke ground as a recording studio and artist manager before transitioning to the start-up space. As an early employee of Machinima, the original gaming YouTube network, Elissa helped them become the second channel in history to cross 1 billion views. She was also a year-one employee of theAudience, the first multi-platform influencer agency working with creators like Madison Beer and Baby Ariel. Her innovative digital campaigns have taken home Webbys (#FreeMurdoc, Bjork/MOCA), Shortys (Halo’s Hunt the Truth, SeaNanners Twitter), Cannes Lions (Dove #RealBeautySketches, Gorillaz AR App), and more over the course of her career. At Warner Records, she oversees the digital world of artists like Dua Lipa, Saweetie, Ashnikko, and Bella Poarch.
