Lucie Leerer

BA Music History & Industry

Lucie Leerer is so excited to be joining the Troubadour team and meet hopeful new Bruins! Currently in her third year at UCLA, she is pursing a degree in Music History and Industry with a minor in Film, Television, and Digital Media. She is originally from Oakland, CA where she attended Oakland School for the Arts with emphases in both voice and classical piano. Lucie has worked as a private teacher, a music instructor at summer camps throughout the Bay Area, and currently tutors music theory at UCLA. She is the co-musical director for Jewkbox Acapella and co-vocal directed UCLA student-run theater company HOOLIGAN’s production of “9 to 5: The Musical” in winter of 2020. She hopes to continue strengthening her recording, mixing, and producing skills through the Music Industry program and to get back in the studio soon. For now, her closet will have to do.
