Opera superstar Angel Blue will perform a recital on Monday, November 21, at 7:00 p.m. at Schoenberg Hall. The next day, she will conduct a masterclass – also free and open to the public – instructing opera students at The UCLA Herb Alpert School of Music.
Blue, who was nominated for a Grammy last week, completed her master’s at the School of Music in 2008. As her professors related, her time at the School of Music was anything but ordinary.
