Manager - Music Industry Program

In 2023, Dawnyelle joined The UCLA Herb Alpert School of Music as the manager for the Music Industry Program. In her role, she is responsible for the overall budget and finances and administration of the Music Industry Program and the Berry Gordy Music Industry Center.

Dawnyelle began her career at UCLA in 2019 as the program manager of operations for the Applied Management Resources (AMR) Program at the UCLA Anderson School of Management. In 2022, she became the director of the Strategic Research Programs, which oversaw four of the largest client-facing programs, including AMR, GAP, SMR and MP, which supported roughly 400 students. Prior to joining UCLA Anderson, Dawnyelle worked as the program coordinator for the Center for Women in Law at the University of Texas at Austin School of Law.

Dawnyelle received her bachelor’s in business administration with an emphasis in management from San Diego State University.
