After the Recital with Dr. Julie Strom

Dr. Julie Strom
classical, masterclasses

How does a young musician make a living in the music world? How do you apply for jobs and market yourself in a “gig” economy? Hosted by Gregory Goodall, lecturer in percussion at UCLA, the Percussion Studio is proud to present Dr. Julie Strom to discuss techniques for success as a freelancer, especially as a percussionist. Dr. Strom, a two-time recipient of the Fulbright Scholarship, is Assistant Professor of Percussion at the University of Northern Colorado and Assistant Personnel Manager of the Colorado Symphony.
