When you request a clinic, be sure to include the name and contact information of your group’s director, the type of clinic you wish to hold, and the specific day you wish to visit campus. Thank you.

The school of music welcomes requests for clinics and classes with high school and community college groups. However, please note: it is impossible for us to accommodate all the requests we receive. The schedules of our group conductors and teaching assistants vary widely, as does access to appropriate venues and classrooms.

FEES FOR LARGE ENSEMBLES: Orchestra, Band, Wind Ensemble, and Chorale

  • For California-based schools: $100/day facilities fee for use of venue/classroom;
  • For out-of-state schools: $600 (which includes the $100/day facilities fee);
  • For both in-state and out-of-state schools, a waiver of liability and an image waiver must be completed and signed by each student and/or their parent or guardian if they are less than 18 years old;
  • Please note: there is no available campus parking for buses.
