- Length: Projects can range from 1 to 20 weeks, staffed by students who have completed Music Industry 122 (prev. 102); workload based on available time and/or internship pay/credit of available students
- Cost: This will depend on complexity and time, Depends on project breadth, depth, and staffing; students may be paid as interns or through the Centerand also will require company time to participate.
- Types of Projects: Based on projects that have participated in pilots to date, we expect wide breadth of project types, including:
- Competitive analysis using social media analytics
- Product launches
- Live concert venue planning based on behavioral data
- Community analysis
- Exploration of immersive media products and production with artists and coders
- Geotargeted marketing at events
- Conversational computing (e.g. Alexa) research and choice architecture analysis
- Website design
