Spanning the Baroque to the Contemporary, the Winter Quarter UCLA Woodwind Chamber Music concert features over 50 performers in 13 ensembles performing works by Leonard Bernstein, Jacques-Jules Bouffil, Jenni Brandon, Billy Childs, Valerie Coleman, Gottfried Finger, Yasuhide Ito, Guy Lacour, Francis Poulenc, Hans-André Stamm, Camille Saint-Sanës, and Matthew Quayle.
This event is made possible by the David and Irmgard Dobrow Fund. Classical music was a passion of the Dobrows, who established a generous endowment at The UCLA Herb Alpert School of Music to make programs like this possible. We are proud to celebrate this program as part of the 2022 - 23 Dobrow Series.
