Angie Lee - The UCLA Herb Alpert School of Music
Angie Lee
Peer Counselor

Angie Lee is a fourth-year undergraduate musicology major at the UCLA Herb Alpert School of Music. Angie’s passion for education led her to pursue a minor in Visual and Performing Arts Education (VAPAE), through which she developed and implemented a music and mindfulness curriculum for high school string ensemble students. Her research interests center on sound healing and adolescent spiritual development. As she looks ahead to graduate studies, Angie plans to further explore the clinical applications of sound healing.

Angie currently serves as the VAPAE Representative on the UCLA Arts Dean’s Student Council, Peer Counselor at the Herb Alpert Office of Student Affairs, Program Coordinator for Love in Music 501(c)(3), and Editor-in-Chief of MUSE Journal. When she is not teaching or conducting research, she enjoys practicing yoga, visiting new cafés, and reading in libraries.
