In Celebration of the new Gramian-Emrani Center for Iranian Music

 

Join the UCLA Herb Alpert School of Music for an evening celebrating Iranian music. The evening will feature performances by the Iranshahr Orchestra conducted by Shahab Paranj; UCLA Iranian Ensemble; tanbour and composer Kaykhosrou Pournazeri; and singer Sahar Boroujerdi.

 

This event is now sold-out. Standby admission will be accommodated on a  first come, first served basis but in-venue seating is not guaranteed. Overflow viewing of the event's livestream will be available on-site at the UCLA Herb Alpert School of Music.

This event has currently reached its reservation capacity. However, there will be a stand-by list on a first-come, first-served basis for patrons who arrive at the venue on the night of the event.Additionally, a location near the Hall featuring a livestream of the concert will be available for those who are unable to secure seating.

Ticketing

This event is FREE! No RSVP required. Early arrival is recommended.

PARKING

Self-service parking is available at UCLA’s Parking Structure #2 for events in Schoenberg Music Building and the Evelyn and Mo Ostin Music Center. Visitor parking is marked by a green circle and the letter “P” and is on the lower levels (do not go up the ramp to levels 3-7). Costs range from $4 for 1 hour to $15 for all day. Evening rates (after 4 p.m.) are $3-$5 for 1 to 2 hours and $10 for all night. Learn more about campus parking.
