Amanda Court
Executive Director of Development

Amanda Court brings to The UCLA Herb Alpert School of Music 16 years of experience in nonprofit development, volunteer management, and strategic philanthropy. She most recently served as director of development, major and leadership annual gifts at the University of Chicago, where she oversaw $27–30 million in reunion fundraising annually and played a key role in expanding philanthropic support for The College.

Previously, Amanda held leadership roles at Ball State University, A Red Orchid Theatre, ShelterBox USA, and Rotary International, specializing in major gifts, campaign strategy, and donor stewardship. An accomplished opera singer and recitalist, she has performed internationally and with companies such as the Lyric Opera of Chicago.

Amanda holds a master of music from the Guildhall School of Music and Drama in London and a bachelor of music from the University of Southern California. She remains deeply engaged with the arts alongside her passion for philanthropy.
