Vocalist Anthony Mordechai Tzvi Russell with his chamber ensemble will perform reimagined arrangements of their original and stylistically diverse settings of 20th century Yiddish modernist poetry, in addition to songs combining African American spirituals and the music of Jewish Eastern Europe.
