The UCLA Herb Alpert School of Music stages over 200 events every year, many organized by faculty. This page is a one-stop shop for finding all the things faculty need to communicate with staff about event logistics and marketing.

If you are a student planning a student recital, please contact your department’s event manager.

Important Deadlines for Event Information Submission

If you require an electronic program for your event that will be featured on the event page, please keep in mind these important deadlines:

Three weeks prior to an event: As many specifics as possible should be submitted to aid communications in creating marketing materials.

Two weeks prior to an event: All program information for musical events needs to be submitted by this date, including the repertoire, any program notes, list of composers, performing artists, rosters, and any pictures.

One week prior to an event: Any adjustments to the program must be submitted by this date. After this date, changes to a program will have to be announced from the stage.
