Submit Programming and Marketing Information for Your Event

If your event has been approved, submit your pictures and program details with this form at least 3 weeks in advance. This information will help create an event page on our calendar, a program, and promotional materials for social media, newsletters, and event databases. Please use this form to submit updates.

Propose an Event for the 2025-26 season

Use this form to propose a new event for this season, and reach out to your department's event manager if you have any questions. All submissions will be submitted to the chair & dean for approval.

Pay a Guest or Student Performer

Please use this form to submit details for guest artist and student performer payments. For guests, please complete at least 3 weeks prior to the event. For students, please complete at least 4 weeks prior to the event.

Request Hotel or Flight Accommodations for Your Guest

Does your guest need flight or hotel accommodations? Use this form to initiate the reservation process at least 5 weeks prior to their arrival.

Request a Collaborative Pianist

Need a collaborative pianist? Use this form to request request one. This should be completed at least one week prior to your need. Requests submitted less than one week cannot be guaranteed.

Request Print or Digital Media from MarCom

Important Deadlines for Event Information Submission

If you require an electronic program for your event that will be featured on the event page, please keep in mind these important deadlines:

Three weeks prior to an event: As many specifics as possible should be submitted to aid communications in creating marketing materials.

Two weeks prior to an event: All program information for musical events needs to be submitted by this date, including the repertoire, any program notes, list of composers, performing artists, rosters, and any pictures.

One week prior to an event: Any adjustments to the program must be submitted by this date. After this date, changes to a program will have to be announced from the stage.
