Lyric Jones is a multidisciplinary artist and educator whose work spans music, performance, and cultural storytelling. As a singer-songwriter, rapper, DJ, producer, musician, and voice actor, she is an active touring and recording artist with over 15 years of professional experience across hip-hop, jazz, house, and dance music.

Jones has taught artist development, songwriting, rap techniques, and live performance at Musicians Institute, where her instruction emphasizes creative identity, stage presence, and industry readiness. She has appeared on major platforms including Coachella and NPR’s Tiny Desk Concert (Home) series, with work featured by Pitchfork and Vibe.

Her credits include sync placements with BET, NFL, and Netflix, voice acting on Sesame Street and SpongeBob SquarePants, and mentorship work with Serato and ASCAP. She holds a BA in Broadcast News Journalism from University of Georgia and was jointly enrolled at Berklee College of Music.
